Azkals
It was a hard fought match with Azkals scoring one goal with James Younghusband. A last minute freekick, Myanmar equalized. The game was not shown live due to some negotiation problems with the cables of Myanmar.

Azkals vs Myanmar Today!! March 21!!

Azkals celebrate their win during the Suzuki Cup
I am a football fan, and I'm proud to say that we finally have a football team to represent the Philippines! Azkals vs Myanmar today! Unlike the Mongolia game where the Azkals lost 2-1, they were not a complete team, and were missing some key players.
Angel Guirado

This time, the team is back with Neil Etheridge as goalkeeper. Azkals will be missing Phil Youngsband due to injury. Watch out for the new players Spanish-Filipino Angel Guirado, Filipino-Germans William Espinosa and Patrick Hinrichsen.

Paradise in Jardin De Dasmariñas
written on @ 12:54 AM ?

Alou and I having fun
My blog is basically about my travel experience in the Philippines. I also love meeting up with old friends and make some new friends! It was another typical day at work before Alou and I got invited to Rye sister birthday party. Since I was coming from Taguig, the venue was at Dasmarinas, Cavite which is quite far!

I have to admit, traveling on a Friday night to the province is no easy task in the Philippines. The obstacles that I faced was transportation and traffic. I did not have my car at the time so I had to do it the old fashion way. I had to take the bus and the tricycle. The Filipino way! In my opinion, a Filipino isn't a true pinoy unless he's been through those transportation modes. We eventually got to the venue around 9pm at Jardin De Dasmariñas. I never heard of the place so if you haven't heard of the place as well, then your on the same boat.

I eventually met Rye and his sister. I was greeted with a loud karoke machine with a bunch of young adults and college students. It reminds me of my old college days! The place was just great since we had the whole place to ourselves and did I mention that they a swimming pool as well? It has a comfortable setting with a car park and a set of rooms if you intend to stay overnight.

The venue looks great and it seems like a beautiful place to relax. It was like another tourist resort but in a motel set venue. What made my experience memorable? It was not just the venue but the people as well. The people made the place unique. I met up with some friends Rye, Crystal, Ays and I did meet some new ones. I met Erik and Eufil. We laughed and drank the night away!

I have to admit, talking about the past brings back the good times and the memories will always stay. We partied till 5am and eventually it was time to go back home. It started to rain hard. How did I go home? While the raindrops keep falling on my head, the good old jeepney took me home. =)
