Summer in Mayumi, Batangas
written on Monday, April 14, 2014 @ 10:06 PM ?

About to go snorkeling with my snorkeling gear

Philippines is known for its beaches and tropical islands. But I think there's more to that. Did I forget to mention about snorkeling, diving and best of all, the food! I visited a place called Mayumi which is owned by a friend in Batangas and all I can say is WOW. The place is so beautiful and it I immediately wanted to take a dive into the water. I had to be careful though since I did not want to disturb the fishes.

The scenery is so relaxing that I actually stayed for three extra days. I would definitely recommend some of my friends to visit this place. I can easily relax and forget the city life for the time being. Take a look at some of my photos and I will let you be the judge of the place.

The view of the beach is just breathtaking
Here is the view of the beach if you are on the boat

My ocean view room

The bed is beautifully displayed which goes perfectly with the beach theme.

Another view of the beach

Snorkeling time!

Enjoying my summer view

We still have other islands to visit.

I tried to take a photo of some of the fishes

Liempo! Very delicious!
Beach food!

The sunset

It's time to be around the camp fire. Marshmallow time!
