Craving for barbeque? Try Mang Inasal!
written on Wednesday, March 16, 2011 @ 2:53 PM ?
One place that I miss in Dubai is Golden Fork! That place sure does brings memories! Golden Fork was a great place for a date, meet up and reunion! I had a lot of great moment with friends Keith, Jay, Rob, Hamdan to name a few name. The scenario of Golden Fork was great but it was not the atmosphere that I and my friends loved the best. It was the food! If your from Dubai, Golden Fork was known for its Chicken Tikka and Puri! Just the thought of it makes my mouth water!
In the Philippines, they have their own blend of Chicken Tikka and that would be a place called " Mang Inasal". Mag Inasal is a barbecue place that is well known in the Philippines and in my opinion, it would soon hit the shores of the United States along with other countries.

Chicken Barbecue with unlimited rice for P99 at Mang Inasal |
To be honest, when I first tried the barbecue chicken at Mang Inasal, I loved it! It was cheap and tasted delicious. Mang Inasal is also known for it's special sauce that customers can include into their chicken and rice. The sauce in my opinion does the talking for the chicken!
I am not a fan of veggies, but they have their own set of fried leafy vegetables which is called " Crispy Kang Kong". Try Crispy Kang Kong along with mayonnaise. A lot of people like to go to Mang Insasal because of its speedy service, its unique way of clearing tables and unlimited rice. If I need a cheap place to eat with speedy service with a unique blend of Filipino hospitality along with it's delicious barbecue chicken, I would definitely put Mang Inasal on top of my Filipino food list!

Hi! You may call me Stuck in the Philippines because I am literally stuck in the Philippines! I'm just kidding. My name is Kristian. This is my first blog and it first started out as travel blog. But then I started involving my love for the entertainment scene mainly the movies and concerts scene. Once I started blogging, I couldn't stop.
A little bit about myself. I was born and raised in Dubai (U.A.E) until I went to Arizona (U.SA). You could say I love traveling. For the record, I am a Filipino. I just lived and studied abroad. A graduate of Southern New Hampshire University and Maine High School graduate, I feel that life has more to offer. I'm a Business Administration graduate but this is something I feel that I am passionate about. I love to breakdance but I'm not getting any younger. I like traveling but that requires a lot of cash. But I love to explore.
Since I love traveling, I first started this blog as a travel blog and I was bored. Anyway, once I arrived in the Philippines, I decided to stay for awhile and adapt to the Filipino way of life. Trust me! It wasn't easy since I had to adjust from scratch! But everything turned out well.
How I started blogging? It was when a friend suggested that I should blog. My first thought of blogging is that it was a boring job and besides what do I blog about? Voila! That's how my blogging world began and now I'm hooked! Now I mainly blog about events, news, movies, concerts and travel! A lot huh? By the way, I do make some grammar mistakes on my blog but hey nobody is perfect! =)
If you have any ideas, suggestions, please don't hesitate to drop me a line. You may contact me at kristianmarfori at gmail dot com . You may call/text preferably text me at +639166464362. Please state your name, email, contact details and inquiry.
Much love!
